 An Elegant Evening of Dinner and Dancing!

Ticket Costs: $28/Adult & $14/Child (4-10 years). Prices include tax and gratuity. Online purchases will have a $1.00 handling fee (Paypal).

CAST SCHEDULE:

Starting May 17: Please be aware that Saturday and/or evening rehearsals may be scheduled; ALSO attend a min. of twice per week in comparable level. Several extra classes for ALL levels will be scheduled.

2 Mandatory Rehearsals (little ones will rehearse first & leave early)

1). At Ballet Nevada: Saturday, June 12th, 12:30-4:30 pm

-FULL make-up, Hair & Dress!!!

-Arrive EARLY please- Thank you!

-PHOTO-DAY!!!

1. Dancers arrive at Atlantis no later than 5:45 pm READY-TO-GO (hair done, make-up on)

            - Please either feed them a healthy snack or dinner prior.

            - Mandatory Barre will be held for Grade III & up at 6 pm

2. Upon Arrival, CHECK-IN student at security table at dressing room (next to convention room); no Chaperones are needed this year or will be allowed backstage.

            - Dancers will get into costumes with aid of Ballet NV Faculty and will then sit in Reserved-for-Dancers only section to watch show (prior to their dancing)

3. AFTER your dancer performs, a Ballet NV instructor will check-out your child and escort them to convention room (2-3 numbers after they dance); please provide clothing or a cover-up for your child to be in the convention room!

4. If you are feeding your child at the Atlantis, please collect his/her wristband (ticket) when you arrive at convention room; then place it on dancer after she has danced & been returned to you.
