Mr. Dennis Wayne was a principal dancer with the original Harkness Ballet and American Ballet Theater and the Matinee Idol of the Joffrey Ballet. Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward co-founded DENNIS WAYNE DANCERS (1975-1989). That company performed in 167 cities, in 64 countries on 4 continents. Dancers had a 100% on return engagements! Dennis choreographed the spectacular production of Aida in Luxor, Egypt starring Placido Domingo. For the Barcelona Olympics, Dennis created a tribute to the one and only Fred Astaire, and his Romeo & Juliet premiered September 15, 1990 in a 90,000 seat Roman coliseum in Verona, Italy. Dennis has choreographed 62 ballets, 8 operas, 4 rock videos and 6 films.  He also choreographed and directed 9 musicals and 32 television shows for RAI, the national television station in Rome, Italy. At the ripe age of one Dennis won Life Magazine Diaper Derby Crawling Contest two separate times....  In 1995, Dennis Wayne was the founding director of the Childrens Cultural Center (not-for-profit), in West Palm Beach, Florida. A life without Art and Culture is no life at all is the underlining theme of the Childrens Culture Center and its proven innovative childrens program: CULTURESHOP.

Dennis Wayne performed in the White House for Presidents, Kennedy, Johnson and Nixon. Princess Margaret commissioned his full length production of Swan Lake and Princess Grace de Monaco commissioned a sculpture entitled: The Dennis Wayne.

Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward co-founded Dennis Waynes DANCERS (1975-1988). That company performed in 168 cities, in 64 countries on 4 continents. DANCERS had a 100% record for return engagements.

He graduated with honors as the first dancer from the Famed High School of the Performing Arts in New York City.  He was a principal dancer with the original Harkness Ballet and American Ballet Theater and the Matinee Idol with the Joffrey Ballet. His list of partners is a Whos Who in the dance world. 

Dennis choreographed the spectacular production of Aida in Luxor, Egypt starring Placido Domingo. For the Barcelona Olympics, he created a tribute to the one and only Fred Astaire.  His Romeo and Juliet was premiered in a 90,000 seat Roman coliseum in Verona, Italy.  And, his full evening Swan Lake broke all box office records forChristopher Gables company NBT with 127 sold out performances in 35 cities in the UK.

Dennis has choreographed 27 ballets, 4 films, 3 operas, 3 rock videos and 1 play. He also choreographed and directed 3 musicals and 17 television shows for RAI, the national television station in Rome, Italy.
