One of the most invaluable aspects of training at Ballet Nevada is the opportunity to gain stage experience, even at a young age. Performing before a live audience teaches stage decorum and instills confidence. It also facilitates the transition from student to professional.
Ballet Nevada/ NPA Main Productions:
We provide costuming. We charge a Production-Costume cleaning fee (includes free DVD of Show).
At least 2 of the yearly performances are ticketed events.
All cast members are required to wear stage make-up (because bright stage lights “wash away” features).
All Dress Code Items are utilized.
We require a commitment to rehearsal and show days & times.
We will provide a precise and less-strenuous rehearsal schedule for all Little Ones.
We need Volunteers to help chaperone, sell tickets, usher, etc.
We have strong Security measures in place. Only authorized personnel are allowed backstage.
Photographing or Recording performances is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. This is an industry-standard rule.
PLEASE STAY INFORMED: we rely completely on YOU to stay up-to-date re. facility and studio activities, events & important dates.
